All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for: Urgent orders needing faster delivery
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Best for: Non-urgent orders where cost savings is priority
Professional Tip: For urgent repair jobs, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping and including “URGENT” in your order notes for priority handling.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian and remote areas). International customers should note:
- Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
- Tracking is provided for all international shipments
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our appliance parts with a straightforward 15-day return policy. Please review the following carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging
- Item must be unused and in resalable condition
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special order or custom-made parts
- Parts that have been installed or used
- Opened packaging of electrical components
- Any item not in its original condition
Return Process (Step-by-Step)

- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging and documentation
- Ship Back: Send to our New York facility at your expense (address provided with RMA)
- Inspection: We’ll inspect upon receipt and process your refund within 3 business days
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same steps as returns
- Clearly indicate the replacement part needed
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective part:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item
